•  Routine physical examination once a year to ensure you are at your top shape

Sickness Allowance

•  Sick leave is provided to assist staff who are unable to work due to an illness or injury with the support of an appropriate medical certificate.

•  16 sickness days with full pay after a full year of service

•  Further sickness allowance according to Labour Ordinance

FINANCE

Provident Fund

•  All of our colleagues are eligible to join our provident fund scheme after the probationary period

•  Our colleague and the company will each contribute 5% of the basic monthly salaries to the fund

•  Company's accumulation will be claimable on a pro-rata basis after 3 or more years of service

Tuition Fee Sponsorship

•  We encourage our colleagues to develop professionally. Company will sponsor part or whole of the tuition fee for external courses

•  Your line manager will approve the sponsorship if the course is relevant to your work

•  Payment will be reimbursed after you have successfully completed the course

FUN

Annual Leave

•  Our professional grade staff can enjoy 18 working days of annual leave for a full year of service

•  Our general grade staff can enjoy 15 working days of annual leave for a full year of service

Annual Dinner/Picnic Day

•  The Recreational Activities Committee (R.A.C.) plans many different social activities for employees and their family members.

•  Every year, our company will sponsor a dinner gathering for our staff and their invited guests

•  Every year, our company will sponsor a picnic day for our staff and their invited guests
