Project Management
Good project management is a must for smooth implementation of network solutions. Our project managers act as a single contact point, coordinating all activities throughout the stage of project implementation, including planning, software development (if required), installation, system configuration, personnel training, logistics management and physical site preparation. The project manager will administer all following tasks necessary to complete the project, according to the agreed time schedule, budget and specification.

Maintenance
We offer comprehensive maintenance and flexible maintenance options, from basic hardware replacement to dedicated round-the-clock high availability service. We practice strict standards and monitoring procedures to guarantee sufficient spare parts for expeditious hardware replacement.
Flexible services packages. We offer a variety of support service packages to meet the needs of our customers. Our service packages range from extended warranty service, standard maintenance service, extended hour maintenance service, contracted technical support service and dedicated support team service. All service packages include service level agreements to ensure the customers are receiving the service quality as expected
Extended Warranty.By purchasing maintenance services, the warranty on your hardware is extended for the term of the maintenance agreement
Emergency Spare Program.The Emergency Spare Program provides customers with a like replacement product via priority shipment for delivery the next day.
Trainings
Training is a key complement to Techpac's solutions. With comprehensive experience in this area, Techpac Technical Training Division offers more than 30 courses that embrace every aspect of corporate networks, including their implementation and management.
The courses are lectured with a practice-oriented approach and are illustrated using real-life simulations on demo networks. The broad range of courses is available on request or can be customized to meet a customer's needs, requirements and convenience. Currently Techpac offers two main forms of trainings.
Training Programs. Techpac offers expert, comprehensive, instructor-led, hands-on training on the installation, deployment, and use of Techpac products. The training is normally held at Techpac's facility in Hong Kong or may be held at a customer's location for an additional fee, and, includes train-the-trainer courses so that customers can carry out training of their own staff independently
Certification Programs. The Techpac Certification Program ensures that your team members have a comprehensive understanding of Techpac equipment and the ability to optimize performance, troubleshoot, and resolve any problems that may arise. Techpac offers various levels of certification ranging from installer to certified network engineer.
