Technical Assistance Centre
TECHPAC's Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is the
focal point of our support services. The TAC is staffed
by experienced Technical Support Engineers (TSEs)
with detailed knowledge of Techpac's products and
all aspects of internetworking. The TAC's mission
is to help customers succeed in deploying and using
their TECHPAC products. Our TAC mainly focus on following
five tasks:
1. Provide customers with a Techpac contact person
for problem resolution and technical queries
2. Validate problems identified by customers in
the field
3. Prioritize the problems received, based on the
severity level of the problem
4. Build and maintain a knowledge base of problems,
resolved as well as outstanding, to speed problem
identification and resolution
5. Identify problems, workarounds, and fixes for problems
that impact customers
